We are a global pesticide supplier focused on the research, development, and sale of pesticide intermediates, technical formulation products, fungicides, herbicides, and plant growth regulators series.
Our core products include Chlorantraniliprole, Imidacloprid, Mepiquat, Paclobutrazol, Glyphosate, and more. We export to over sixty countries and regions including Middle East, Central Asia, South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia, establishing excellent customer partnerships and trust.
Enterprise Development History
As an outstanding export enterprise in Wuhan, Xinye, founded in 2024, has established deep cooperation with three renowned leading pesticides manufacturers in Hubei province. All joint venture manufacturing facilities were set up more than 20 years ago, converted from SOE and carry the status of National Key High-Tech Enterprises.
In December 2024, XINYE established an engineering technology R&D center in Wuhan, laying the foundation for university-enterprise cooperation. In August of the same year, XINYE invested in production and processing bases in Xiaogan and Jingmen, Hubei.
In March 2025, XINYE established sales offices and on-site inventory warehouses in Hong Kong and Shanghai, facilitating swift stocking and shipment to various seaports.

XINYE has an outstanding R&D team comprised of researchers from prestigious universities. Our team offers over 40 stable diverse formulations, including EC, SC, SL, CS, WP, WDG, FS, and more. These formulations are backed by an advanced lab equipped with HPLC and other testing tools, ensuring precise quality control.
Local Pesticide Testing Base
XINYE actively participates in activities and organizations related to crop protection. We have pesticide testing bases overseas for product trials and demonstrations, providing customers with the opportunity to personally experience and test the effectiveness of new products in the field. We also regularly organize training sessions for local farmers on pesticide application and crop protection measures.
Certification & Document
We strictly comply with the CMP certification from the Department of Agriculture, FDA certification and CEP certification. We have secured the GLP reports of more than 150 products, and have accumulated more than 1000 registration files on pesticides, in addition to numerous domestic and oversea production registrations in order to assure high level of product quality and service, we obtained multiple certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001 and GB/28001. The 5S management has been adopted in our manufacturing facilities to maintain smooth and superb operation.
